Refund Policy

Monthly retainers
Retainer engagements can be cancelled with 15 days' written notice. Fees for the current month are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Project fees
Website and one-time project deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Milestone payments are non-refundable upon acceptance.
Ad spend
Third-party ad spend is passed through and non-refundable once paid to platforms.
Requesting a refund
Email info@conceptcrewagency.com within 7 days of the disputed charge with your invoice and reason.
